Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals. Its a good source of energy, sugar and fiber. Essential minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium and zinc are found in dates. Preparation Time: 5 mins
Oats – 2 cups, Water
Dates – 4,
Almonds – 20,
Figs – 2,
Flax or Chia seeds (optional) – 1 spoon
Cinnamon Powder – 1 spoon
Method: Add Oats, and water to a grinder, mix it into a paste for 2 mins, add almonds, dates and figs and grind again for another 2 mins. Finally add cinnamon powder, and chia or sunflower or flax seeds.
This breakfast is healthiest – full fiber, vitamins, essential fatty acids and healthy dose of proteins.
