1. Brush and use a tongue cleaner in morning, and night before going to bed. Make sure not to eat anything after brushing in night.
2. Swish mouth with water after every sitting for food. (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) . This will help reduce the tartar buildup and cleans the enamel harming chemicals found in certain foods.
3. Atleast, once a week, use baking soda and do finger brushing. This is the most natural teeth whitening process and is devoid of any harming chemicals.
4. Twice a week, preferably Wednesday and Saturday, before brushing in morning, do oil pulling for 10-20 mins. More about this in a separate post – You can actually use coconut or sesame oil.
