Pommegranate, Almonds, Flax or Chia seeds (optional)
Cinnamon, Flax or Chia seeds (optional)
Method: Add Oats, and water to a grinder, mix it into a paste for 2 mins. Cut almonds into small pieces and then, add them to bowl along with pommegranate. Finally add cinnamon sticks, and chia or sunflower or flax seeds.
This breakfast is healthiest – full fiber, vitamins, essential fatty acids and healthy dose of proteins.
If you are working out, during same time, boil 2 eggs and have it.
